Union Bank is seeking a motivated individual for a full-time Customer Support Representative position. As a Customer Support Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their banking inquiries and concerns. Your primarily responsibility will be to handle a wide range of customer interactions via phone, email and chat, ensuring a positive customer experience and upholding the bank's reputation for excellence.
