Job Description

Green Home Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive, preferably with GSA experience, looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join our team.  Total compensation for this opportunity is mostly commission based and the successful candidate would be expected to earn a significant 6 figure income.
 
The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new potential customers, preparing and presenting sales proposals, and negotiating contracts. Must also be able to develop and maintain a portfolio of customers, and be able to identify and analyze new markets and opportunities for business growth. 
 
Important to have a solid understanding of government procurement regulations, with the ability to develop and manage relationships with government agencies. Experience in developing and executing strategies for selling indoor air quality remediation services, specifically mold remediation helpful but not critical. Also, must possess strong computer skills, including proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
 
The Sales Executive will work alongside the Managing Partner as well as the Director of Operations to help coordinate scope of work analysis as well as technician deployment.
