- Leverage experience to anticipate and problem solve customer and stakeholder issues.
- Distribute candidate leads to local Army recruiters.
- Prior service in US Army
- Strong understanding of career paths and progression available to prospective recruits
- Experience as an Army recruiter
- Familiarity with Virtual Recruiting Command or similar virtual recruiting environments
