Job Description
Statement of the Position:
MCOE Supply Chain Manager is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and optimizing margin for Complex Rehab equipment orders. The MCOE Supply Chain Manager collaborates with employees across the organization (ATPs, Operations, Funding, and Senior Leadership) to work toward margin improvement without sacrificing clinical outcomes.

Duties and Responsibilities / Essential Functions:
- Reviews and manages orders within the margin queue for product selection, coding accuracy and funding methods to improve margin.
- Collaborate and influence ATPs to improve margin without sacrificing clinical outcomes
- Analyze orders for coding accuracy and suggest alternative products for margin improvement. Identify trends in coding selection, encourage training and SOP development where appropriate.
- Reconfigure Complex Rehab orders, obtain new quotes and update Mobility Advisor with clinically equivalent products to improve the bottom line and financial savings. Act as a support function to ATPs, reduce barriers to change to alternate product selection
- Makes recommendations and educates ATP & RTS team on overall margin compliance, clinically equivalent product selection, coding accuracy, profile compliance, etc. Provides constructive feedback as necessary.
- Collaborates with Sales, Operations, and Funding teams for margin improvement. Transactionally and programmatic reviews
- Acts as good teammate within the supply chain function, supporting project-based tasks that may include, inventory support, new site onboard, ATP training. Takes an active role with new NSM location onboarding. This includes backlog conversion and entering previous orders into NSM’s system. This also includes training on Chair Builder software, Profile Compliance, Profile Bonuses, and ATP onboarding.

Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is regularly required to sit; use hands repetitively to operate standard office equipment. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms.
Required Education, Experience & Competencies:
- · 5-8 years of complex rehab experience, emphasis on products, coding or margin required.
- · ATP background or equivalent work experience required.
- · Ability to travel as needed. Less than 10% travel.
- · Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- · Team player. Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- · Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- · Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
