About the Role: 

At Autura, we're all about the team and looking for individuals who embody empathy, ambition, and a strong team spirit. Right now, we're looking for a Senior Product Manager (Marketplace) to join our Product Management department. As the Senior PM, you will ensure successful delivery of our marketplace solutions and be deeply involved in the product lifecycle from conception to launch and beyond. This position is pivotal in driving marketplace growth, connecting service providers with customers, and advancing our platform to meet evolving market demands. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to successfully collaborate across multiple teams.

What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Develop and communicate the Autura Marketplace product roadmap, vision, and strategy focused on both buyer and seller experiences as we optimize the platform
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify marketplace trends, pricing strategies, and partnership opportunities
  • Define and prioritize marketplace enhancements based on customer feedback, market demands, and business goals
  • Partner closely with engineering, sales, and business development teams to ensure alignment for marketplace goals, resourcing, and roadmaps
  • Effectively communicate with all stakeholders including marketplace sellers and customers on timelines, product plans, and progress
  • Ensure marketplace products meet the needs and expectations of both service providers and end customers, identifying opportunities for platform expansion and new revenue streams
  • Utilize marketplace analytics, conversion metrics, and product management tooling to track, monitor, and analyze overall platform performance, making data-driven decisions for improvements to product and process

About You: 

  • 5+ years' experience in Product Management with a focus on marketplaces, preferably within the automotive industry
  • Proven track record of managing successful marketplace or two-sided platforms
  • Experience with marketplace business models, vendor management, and multi-stakeholder ecosystems
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to establish expectations across diverse user groups
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with experience in marketplace metrics and KPIs
  • Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment

For this role, the base salary range is $165,000.00 - $175,000.00. Total compensation also includes a competitive benefits package and an annual bonus. A salary offer will be determined by several factors including experience, skill level, education, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all team members' pay and compensation programs regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay.
