Job Description


The Brand Ambassador position requires you to be outgoing and detail oriented. This role will reside in the front showroom and be the first impression for the organization. Responsible for assisting customers with any questions, while providing excellent service.
 

Responsibilities

  • Familiarizing yourself with the company's mission, vision, and goals.

  • Educating customers.

  • Building rapport with customers.
  • Monitoring customer feedback and escalating complaints to the marketing department.
  • Answer incoming phone calls from customers and inputting data into sales force.
  • Participate and assist in scheduling activity for field related Services.
  • Keeping the office organized and clean (light cleaning duties)
  • Comfortable working independently for extended periods
  • Self-directed with strong organizational skills

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • 2-3 Years background in customer service, sales or another related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Work Environment

  • Solitary office setting - works alone 90% of the time
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.
  • Extensive use of computer, keyboard and other office equipment.
  • Often communicating with customers in person or on the phone.
  • Occasional walking and lifting may be required.
