Position Overview:The Field Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting field teams by managing logistics, dispatch, and coordination of daily operations to ensure services are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:● Coordinate daily work schedules and dispatch field personnel● Communicate with clients and internal teams to manage service expectations● Track field activities, maintain accurate reports, and resolve any operational issues● Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards● Support inventory management and equipment tracking

Qualifications:● 2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or a coordination role● Strong organizational and communication skills● Proficient with scheduling software and MS Office● Ability to multitask and respond quickly in a dynamic environment● High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
