Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Field Safety Coordinator to join our team and help us maintain a safe and compliant work environment. This is a 100% on-site position. A strong field presence is essential to ensure real-time safety oversight and compliance.Employee Benefits:

- Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company policies.
- Conduct jobsite safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments; recommend and track corrective actions.
- Support field supervisors in building safety-conscious crews through coaching and safety planning.
- Respond to incidents; coordinate injury care per company protocols and assist with root cause investigations.
- Prepare and maintain safety documentation including Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), Site-Specific Safety Plans, and permits.
- Lead or assist with safety training including toolbox talks, orientation, and site-specific safety programs.
- Ensure availability and proper use of safety equipment, PPE, and first aid supplies.
- Participate in and contribute to jobsite safety walks with internal and external partners.
- Serve as a resource for OSHA compliance and company safety policies.
- Maintain documentation of inspections, incident reports, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate closely with the HSE Manager and Safety Director to support continuous improvement.
- 5+ years of safety experience in construction or industrial environments
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Science, or related field preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry safety standards
- Root cause analysis experience
- Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving and judgment skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation skills and ability to train field personnel
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
