Job Description
The Opportunity
We are looking for an Area Sales Rep to build upon our track record of growth in the Phoenix market. If you're a sales closer who builds rapport quickly with face-to-face customers, this is the sales position for you! Our Area Sales Representatives close deals - there's ZERO cold-calling or door-knocking, AND our internal scheduling team pre-books 100% of sales calls.
This role is for A-players only. Must have a proven track record of success in closing deals. Order takers need not apply.
Compensation & Benefits
- $150,000 - $300,000+ OTE, commission-based compensation

Responsibilities
- Close in-person, B2C deals throughout the Phoenix metro– no lead generation, no cold calling, no overnight travel, no door-to-door cold knocking.
- HVAC in home sales
Preferred Qualifications
- Our ideal candidate has B2C sales experience with a short sales cycle – however, we're open to candidates with the right combination of drive, communication skills, and attitude.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Willingness to undergo background and drug tests in accordance with state and federal law
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM, rotating weekend/after-hours sales calls as needed
