Requirements
What You'll Do:
- Use cutting-edge tools like laser trackers, portable arms, and 3D scanners to capture and analyze precision data.
- Receive hands-on training with our advanced equipment, software, and proprietary techniques.
- Take ownership of independent projects tailored to your strengths and interests.
- Represent ECM at customer sites across the U.S. and internationally, solving real-world challenges in real time.

What We're Looking For:
- A bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working in both office and shop floor environments.
- A valid driver's license and a passion for travel.
- Bonus points for experience with 3D metrology software, GD&T, and Microsoft Office.
