Job Description
Venture Global LNG ("Venture Global") is a long-term, low-cost provider of American-produced liquefied natural gas. The company's two Louisiana-based export projects service the global demand for North American natural gas and support the long-term development of clean and reliable North American energy supplies. Using reliable, proven technology in an innovative plant design configuration, Venture Global's modular, mid-scale plant design will replace traditional designs as it allows for the same efficiency and operational reliability at significantly lower capital cost.
We are seeking an experienced Site Services / Field Services Lead to join us within the CP2 Projects Team in Cameron, LA. This position requires an highly motived responsible and accountable team member with strong coordination skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site services operations, including the management of utilities, road maintenance, buildout, and waste management.
- Coordinate the setup and maintenance of temporary facilities, such as restrooms, break areas, and storage units.
- Plan and manage the delivery and storage of materials and equipment on-site to ensure accessibility and efficiency.
- Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to align site services with project schedules and needs.
- Enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on the job site.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, training, and meetings to promote safety awareness among site personnel.
- Supervise and manage site services staff, delegating tasks and providing guidance to ensure high levels of performance.
- Address any issues related to site services promptly, implementing solutions as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of site services operations, including materials used, schedules, and maintenance activities.
- Prepare regular reports for project management, highlighting site service performance and any challenges.
- Implement practices for waste reduction, recycling, and environmental compliance throughout the construction process.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in fleet coordination, craft management, warehousing or supply chain management within the oil and gas industry or equivalent; Experience in LNG liquefaction facilities highly preferred.
- High school diploma
- Possess and maintain a valid drivers licenses and Transportation Workers Identification Credential (TWIC)
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
- Strong interpersonal skills and capable of building strong relationships with internal customers, as well as vendors.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and time management skills.
- Able to work in a team and take direction from management.
- Strong communication (written and oral) and organization skills.
- Maintain a high regard for personal safety, safety of company assets and employees and the general public.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- May be required to carry a cell phone and respond as needed during working and non-working hours.
