Field Technician
Employer: Radiation Pros, LLCLocation: 34501 E Quincy Ave, Bldg. 65 Ste. We are a pioneer in NORM/TENORM management, and Rad Pros’ team of professionals has led the way in site characterization, remediation, demolition (RAD), and technical consulting.Rad Pros is looking for a Field Technician that is an integral part of our tight-knit field team, working hand-in-hand with every level of employees; from CEO to Equipment Operators to accomplish the project goals and carry out this critical work.A successful Field Technician candidate must be a team player and self-driven. We provide additional training when necessary to complete successful projects; our new hires will be coached and trained to use their skills and strong mechanical aptitude in field operations to complete site projects. All Field Technicians must have an aptitude to complete both office work (documentation) and field work at site for the company’s collective success. A strong work ethic, appropriate work conduct, commitment to safety, and eagerness to do more are non-negotiable for this position.Additional Qualifications include:
- The ability to apply mechanical aptitude to a variety of situations.
- The ability to learn new principles, techniques, and integrate them into your work.
- A quick learner, who thrives within a team environment.
- Self-motivated.
- Clean background and DMV record.
- Able to pass an initial drug and alcohol test, with additional spot checks during employment.
- Able to lift 50 pounds, bend, climb ladders, enter confined spaces, etc.
- Willingness to travel throughout Colorado and the US in support of projects
- Willingness to work long hours with overtime in support of critical projects.
- Heavy equipment experience is a plus (skid-steer, forklift, loader, excavator, etc.), but not necessary. Company training is available for all functions and to develop equipment skills.

- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Heavy equipment operation: 1 year (Preferred)
- English (Required) – Written and Spoken
- 25% (Required) w/ upwards of 50% Travel during busy months
