Job Description

Job Summary

Perform setup, mixing, filling, operation and troubleshooting of filling equipment. Be able to hand fill cartridges and syringes.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Follow operating procedures, including: ISO procedure, safety rules, PPE requirements, and SDS’s
  • Fill orders based on the information on the fill ticket.
  • Fill out requisitions for raw materials and non-inventory items.
  • Inventory cycle count
  • Weigh materials and heat materials
  • Equipment used: Tridak and cartridge filling machines.
  • Quality in-process inspection of materials.
  • Perform all required maintenance, inspection, and troubleshoot machinery
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Possess the highest levels of personal and professional integrity.
  • Work meticulously, neatly, precisely and with a high level of accuracy.

 Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of MRP & ERP systems a plus

 Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times. 

Information & Compensation & Benefits

Schedule: 1st Shift 7:30am-4pm M-F

Pay: This position has a salary range of $19.51-$23.85 per hour. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location

Bonus Pay: Meridian is actively participating in a productivity incentive plan for 2025. Eligible employees have the opportunity to earn up to $1,520 a year, with payments distributed quarterly throughout the year.
