Job Description

Responsible for timely and accurate support of all corporate initiatives, information requests and back-up assistance

Responsible for timely and accurate support of all local initiatives of an administrative nature Managing and directing finance needs with customers and vendors

Ensure the timely reporting for all monthly financial information

Monitor and analyze department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy

Apply a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure Maintain an organized set of detailed records and files to document financial transactions Prepare bank reconciliation, revenue and expenditure variance analysis

Verifies the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records

Performs other duties as assigned or required

Education:  Bachelor's degree (four year college or technical school) required.  Field of study:  Accounting or Finance

Experience:  minimum of 8 years of experience in Accounting or Finance. 

Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; Experience with Oracle preferred
