The Position:

Applied Technical Services is seeking to add a Finance Business Partner (FBP) to our team, who will practically act as the Finance lead for their assigned business segment.

Essential Job Functions:

• · Acts as a collaborative partner with business segment leadership, providing financial and operational intelligence to support continuous improvement and high performance.
• · Identify and implement process and organizational improvements. Plans and ensures execution of department objectives including the development and tracking of key performance indicators and metrics.
• · Take complete ownership of monthly variance analysis to assist operations and other leaders in understanding financial results versus budget/prior year.
• · Present oral or written reports on complex data analytics with concise simplicity.
• · Support segment-specific M&A activities. Execute post-acquisition integration efforts with acquired businesses.
• · Significant collaboration with cross-functional business leaders to set segment budgets as part of the annual planning processes.
• · Other responsibilities as assigned.
