Job Description
CLOSING DATE: January 8, 2026, at 4:00 pm MST
Salary Range: $29.03 - $35.99/hour
APPLICANT MUST HAVE A VALID, UNRESTRICTED INSURABLE DRIVER’S LICENSERESUMES AND REFERENCES ARE REQUIRED
ESSENTIAL DUTIES, FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinates project meetings with stakeholders to provide status updates on current/proposed projects.
- Maintain accurate project records, including, contracts, budgets and schedules. Ensure all necessary paperwork; permits, inspection, and compliance with regulatory requirements obtained timely
- Assist in managing project budgets, by tracking expenses, and ensuring that projects are complete within financial constraints. Receive and retain copies of approved project budget (i.e. source code, cost center, project code, and general ledger code), negotiating and finalized contracts, change orders, and addenda for record keeping but not limited to.
- Participate and collaborate with Project Managers to ensure contractors' progression is completed within FDIHB fiscal year timelines.
- Participate in the communication between stakeholders, project team members, and contractors during the time of RFP/RFQ, Selection, Negotiations, and Award Letter,
- Partake in the coordination of the bidding process and selection of contractors with the guidance of the Purchasing Department, with the assurance that all procurement policies and procedures are in accordance.
- Maintain and promote positive working relationships with internal and external clients.
- Facilitate communication between clients, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates on project progress and address any issues that arise to the Chief Finance Officer and Director of Finance.
- Collaborate with the Fixed Assets department on warranty, asset value and depreciation of the construction project, approved budget accounting string line.
- For Quality Assurance and compliance, ensure that all work complies with state and federal regulations, as well as safety protocols. Conduct periodic worksite inspections to verify that the work is on the timeline or completed according to the plans.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
MANDATORY MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience:
Five (5) years of construction administration work experience.
Education:
Associate's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
