Financial Analyst I (Hybrid Eligible)

The Financial Analyst I will have a focus on financial data management, analysis, and collaboration within the Finance division. The role involves diverse responsibilities ranging from report generation to investment monitoring and cross-functional work.

Essential functions of the role:

• Reporting & Analysis

• Collect, organize, and validate financial data from multiple internal systems to support reporting and analysis needs.

• Conduct initial financial and operational analytics to inform decision-making across Treasury and Accounting functions.

• Assist in tracking investment securities, interest rate risk metrics, and capital ratios, supporting regulatory and internal reporting effort

• Data Management

• Create and format PowerPoint decks and meeting packets for Board presentations, committee reviews, and internal strategy sessions.

• Attend key meetings and produce accurate, timely minutes and action item summaries to ensure follow-through and accountability.

• Collaboration & Strategic Support

• Work closely with Finance leadership-including Treasury, Accounting, and FP&A-to support strategic initiatives and reporting needs.

• Support special projects such as peer analysis, pricing strategy reviews, and regulatory compliance documentation.

Other duties as assigned within the scope and responsibility of the job

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related discipline preferred
• Experience in bank accounting and analytics preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization
• Familiarity with large server-based applications and standard desktop software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
