Job Description
- Lead Generation: Actively engage with potential clients at local events, fitness centers, community hubs, and other high-traffic locations in Dallas to promote EMS training and generate leads.
- Community Engagement: Build partnerships with local businesses, wellness influencers, and organizations to promote our EMS programs, emphasizing benefits like achieving a lean physique (e.g., 20% body fat goals).
- Event Participation: Represent our brand at fitness expos, health fairs, and community events to showcase the power of EMS training and collect leads.
- Promotional Activities: Distribute marketing materials (flyers, brochures, etc.) and use social media to amplify outreach and attract clients interested in efficient, results-driven workouts.
- Lead Follow-Up: Track and report leads generated, ensuring seamless handoff to the sales team for conversion into EMS training clients.
- Brand Representation: Embody our brand’s commitment to innovative fitness and body transformation, maintaining a professional and enthusiastic presence.
- Experience: Prior experience in marketing, sales, or customer-facing roles preferred; familiarity with fitness, wellness, or EMS training is a plus.
- Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to connect with diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to lead generation.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic knowledge of social media for promotional purposes.
- Availability: Flexible schedule for part-time work (15-20 hours/week), including evenings and weekends for events as needed.
- Location: Must be based in or near Dallas, Texas, with reliable transportation for local travel.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and engage with the public for extended periods during events.
- Base Salary: Competitive hourly base pay for part-time hours.
- Commission: Performance-based commission for each lead that converts to an EMS training client.
