Job Description

- Membership Sales: Lead potential clients through one hour demo sessions, including intake, assisted stretch, and outtake, confidently explaining the benefits of ongoing sessions and recommending appropriate membership plans.
- Stretch Demonstrations: Conduct practitioner assisted stretches following Stretch Zone protocols, ensuring safety, effectiveness, and client satisfaction.
- Client Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting every guest warmly, scheduling appointments, responding to inquiries, and addressing member concerns promptly.
- Lead Management & Follow-Up: Track and manage leads, maintain consistent communication, and drive conversions from demos to memberships.
- Member Retention: Deliver high quality experiences that encourage repeat visits, adherence to wellness plans, and long term membership satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Support and guide teammates, foster a positive studio environment, and contribute to operational efficiency.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor personal and studio KPIs, including sales and service metrics, to ensure goals are met and exceeded!
- Previous experience in sales, fitness, or wellness industries, with a proven ability to convert prospects into clients.
- Passion for health, fitness, and wellness, with interest in hands-on client engagement.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly and maintain client relationships.
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast paced environment.
- Competitive, motivated, and driven to achieve and exceed personal and team goals.
- Comfortable performing stretches under training and adhering to established Stretch Zone protocols.
- Open availability with ability to work Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm; flexibility to cover additional shifts is a plus.
Most stretching methodologies try to wait out, overpower, trick, or ignore the stretch reflex. The SZM Practitioner identifies any postural and movement limitations, then tries to correct or mitigate them through specific applied stretching sessions. With a balanced system the customer will reach their true maximum potential, whether they are an professional athlete, weekend warrior, couch potato, or suffering from chronic pain or illness.

As a minimum prerequisite to SZM we recommend a personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work.
