Job Description
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm, professional, and upbeat attitude
- Manage check-ins, appointments, scheduling, and client accounts
- Educate clients on our services and the value of improved flexibility and wellness
- Support sales efforts, including guiding guests through membership options and completing sign-ups
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
- Handle phone calls, inquiries, and client concerns with professionalism and care
- Contribute to a positive team culture and ensure each client has an exceptional experience
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused
- Lives a healthy lifestyle and can communicate wellness concepts confidently
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with sales and enjoys helping clients find the right membership fit
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Professional, disciplined, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

With a balanced system the customer will reach their true maximum potential, whether they are an professional athlete, weekend warrior, couch potato, or suffering from chronic pain or illness.
A career with Stretch Zone® means not just meeting and maintaining a level of excellence, but continually improving in skill, to further one’s expertise and to advance the industry. As a minimum prerequisite to SZM we recommend a personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work.
