EQL Edtech is supporting a leading provider that is building a next-generation health & education technology platform that helps children thrive by connecting families, therapists, and schools. Their platform integrates Medicaid billing, compliance, and stakeholder-facing applications to streamline workflows and improve outcomes.
💼 The Role
We’re looking for a Flutter Developer to join their fast-growing team. You’ll be building and scaling mobile applications that sit at the heart of the platform, working alongside engineers, product managers, and education/healthcare experts.

🔧 What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain Flutter/Dart applications for therapists, educators, and stakeholders
- Rapidly deliver features from backlog to production
- Collaborate with teams working in Ruby on Rails (billing/compliance) and React (stakeholder apps)
- Optimise app performance, scalability, and user experience
- Contribute to long-term technical strategy (migrations, integrations, scalability)
Requirements
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in Flutter/Dart development
- Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, state management, and performance optimisation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Comfort working across a multi-technology ecosystem (Flutter, Rails, React)
- Bonus: experience in healthtech, edtech, or compliance-driven platforms
