Job Description
Position Summary
The individual in this role directs all areas of Focused Factory operation to produce high-quality and cost effective product. The Focused Factory Manager maintains long range plans for capital and operational budgets and leads continuous improvement within the focused factory to meet or exceed customer expectations. He/she monitors and maintains productivity, quality, and safety and directs the resources necessary to ensure the timely implementation of new products. This individual manages all cost and personnel head count to ensure planned profits are met while developing long range plans to ensure continuous improvement. The Focused Factory Manager also reviews and monitors ISO process to ensure compliance. This role is responsible for Dept 61 - Registers and Dept 40 - Plastics.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree
Experience: 6+ years of manufacturing experience in supervision, engineering, or other management/leadership area.
Location: Tallassee, Alabama
