Pinehurst Country Club is looking for our new Food and Beverage Manager.  In this newly created position this individual will work hand in hand with the

clubhouse manager.  Pinehurst is completing several large capital

improvements over the next several years, and this position will be essential in elevating our member experience.  This position will beexposed to capital

renovations, venue openings & branding for long-term career growth.  If you are a Food & Beverage "Nerd" with experience creating procedures, staff training, and bar standards, this might be your next career move. 

Job Knowledge, Core Competencies, and Expectations

• Food and beverage cost controls and operating procedures.

• Accounting.

• Menu design.

• Marketing and promotions.

• Wine, spirits, and bar operations. (certifications preferred)

• Point-of-sales systems maintenance. 

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

• Polished, professional appearance and presentation.

• Manage stress and time.

• Build a team, train, and maintain employee teams.

• Effective communication through all department levels and throughout club.

• Knowledge of and ability to perform required roles during emergency situations.

Education and/or Experience

• Preference for a Four-year college or university degree in Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts

• Preference for Beverage Certifications (ex. Certified Sommelier, WSAT)

• Preference of working towards CCM designation

Position to Close: 10/05/2025

Salary Range Depending on Experience: 65K - 85K/Annually
