Job Description
This role is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of assigned Food & Beverage outlet(s) and overseeing both front- and back-of-house team members. The position helps maintain a fun and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring the outlet is recognized as the restaurant of choice for both guests and employees. Operations must meet property and brand standards, with all food items ordered, prepared, delivered, and rung up accurately.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:
- Supervise, motivate, and engage team members, including training, scheduling, and directing both kitchen and service staff
- Ensure timely and accurate placement of food orders
- Enforce proper cash handling procedures and compliance with all related policies
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment and ensure exceptional guest service
- Manage inventory
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
- TIPS Certification
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong active listening and communication skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and engage a team
- Anticipates guest and property needs with a proactive approach
- Demonstrates excellent guest service skills
- Effectively handles guest inquiries and concerns
- Proficient with POS systems
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
