Stiltsville Fish Bar is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Food Runner to join our team at our upscale Key West-inspired restaurant.The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality. As a Food Runner, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive their food orders promptly, accurately, and with a smile.

Responsibilities:

Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables in a timely and efficient manner
Ensure that each dish is presented according to the restaurant's standards
Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
Maintain knowledge of the menu and restaurant offerings to effectively communicate with guests
Answer guest questions and provide recommendations as needed
Monitor the dining room to ensure all guests are satisfied and their needs are being met
Clear and reset tables as needed
Assist with other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar food runner or server assistant role, preferably in an upscale restaurant environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
Professional appearance and demeanor
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings

Compensation: $10.98 per hour
