Job Description

- Deliver food from the kitchen to guests with speed, accuracy, and professionalism
- Double-check orders for completeness, presentation, and quality before serving
- Communicate with servers and kitchen staff about timing, modifications, and guest needs
- Assist servers by stocking and resetting tables with utensils, condiments, and napkins
- Refill water and non-alcoholic beverages as needed
- Clear tables and return dirty dishes/glassware to dish station promptly
- Keep service stations, expo areas, and dining areas clean and organized
- Support team during rushes with bussing, restocking, or light kitchen help as directed
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards in all tasks
- Prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required — we’ll train the right person
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stay calm and upbeat in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Positive attitude and teamwork mindset
- Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays/plates up to 25–35 lbs
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
