Job Description
Position Summary:
Sell and distribute tickets at ticket booths or designated areas on game days.
Operate ticketing systems, handle cash/credit transactions, and balance cash drawers accurately. Provide information regarding ticket prices, seating options, schedules. and venue policies.
Assist with will-call pick-up and resolve ticketing issues in a professional manner. Greet and assist fans in a courteous and helpful manner.
Qualifications:
Prior experience handling cash, credit card transactions, or point-of-sale systems is a plus.
