Job Description
The Front Desk Associate is the first point of contact for members and guests, responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining a positive, welcoming environment. This role handles administrative and sales tasks, responds to inquiries across communication platforms, supports gym cleanliness, and helps ensure a smooth and engaging member experience.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Communication
Greet members and guests with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Respond to phone calls, emails, and social media messages promptly and accurately.
Engage with members to build rapport and address questions, concerns, or feedback.
Maintain a friendly, helpful, and customer-focused attitude at all times.
Sales & Member Services
Conduct gym tours for prospective members, promoting club features and benefits.
Assist with membership sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations.
Communicate current promotions, programs, and services to prospects and members.
Upsell additional services or memberships when appropriate.
Administrative Duties
Ensure all membership paperwork and transactions are processed accurately.
Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and professional.
Adhere to safety, security, and confidentiality protocols.
Facility Support
Perform regular cleaning and maintenance tasks for gym equipment.
Provide basic guidance to members on equipment use and safe workout techniques.
Support overall cleanliness and order of the club environment.
Other Duties
Perform other job-related duties as assigned to support the success of the broader business objectives.

- High School Diploma or GED required.
