Front Office Support Staff

Summary:

• Full-time, in-person position
• Schedule:  Monday 3:30 PM- 8:30 PM, Tuesday-Friday 7:30 - 12:30 PM
• Location:  15 South 9th Street, Lebanon, PA 17042
• Starting hourly rate is $15.00/hr

Primary Responsibilities:

• Answering multi-line phone system and directing calls as needed
• Schedule/cancel/reschedule client appointments
• Reminder calls for appointments
• Documentation in the EHR system
• Perform all other office tasks, as assigned

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications: 

• 6 months of experience in an office setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic computer knowledge
• Bilingual speaking skills in Spanish and English

Credentials: 

• PA Child Abuse History Clearance (Act 151) 
• PA Criminal History Clearance (Act 34)
• PA Department of Human Services:  Use service code 1KG738
• Educational Documentation:  High School Diploma or GED
