Summary:  Our full-time Fulfillment Specialists work in a faced-paced, advanced technology production environment and are responsible for the finishing and binding of high-value, variable-content print publications.

Description: We are seeking an efficient, detail-oriented team player to join our Fulfillment department as a Fulfillment Specialist. Successful candidates will be responsible for preparing shipments of products and related items in a fast-paced, high-technology working environment. This position requires a strong commitment to quality, ensuring that each shipment is carefully and accurately labeled, packaged and delivered.

Industry: This position is part of our Senior Living division, which is dedicated to serving the needs of America’s fast-growing senior population, providing comprehensive, individualized solutions that ensure each individual's safety, comfort, health and access to the rich social and intellectual engagement every senior deserves.

Responsibilities: The Fulfillment Specialist will work as part of a team in preparing shipments for delivery each day. Other key responsibilities include:

  • Assembling packaging and shipping materials
  • Ensuring accurate, efficient processing and delivery of every shipment
  • Mastering and operating modern shipping and tracking systems
  • Protecting customer confidentiality
  • Meeting production goals and deadlines
  • Accepting work assignment modifications and associated training to support production
  • Responding to unexpected issues
  • Working effectively with colleagues and supervisors
  • Providing continuous quality evaluation and control
  • Maintaining a safe, clean and productive workplace
  • Other projects as assigned

Experience: Previous experience in a production environment is required.

Education: High school diploma or GED required.

Technical Skills: Candidates must have general technical skills, including proficiency with web-based operating systems and Internet tools.
