Synergy Care is looking for a qualified Occupational Therapy Assistant for an open SNF position in Lufkin, TX .Synergy Care offers an excellent benefits package including 12 paid days off, 3 sick days, medical/dental/vision insurance, long and short term disability, life insurance, 401K, and free CEU's. In order to be considered for this position you must be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy Assistants or will graduate from such an institution within the next six (6) months.
