What You'll Do:
- Lead and train a team of referees to ensure safe, fair, and fun laser tag battles
- Hype up players, explain gear/rules, and oversee group events (up to 36 players)
- Manage arena operations, equipment maintenance, and customer service excellence
- Coordinate team-building events, birthdays, and corporate bookings
- Support the manager with scheduling and daily operations
Who We're Looking For:
- Confident, energetic leaders with strong customer service skills
- Great with people, comfortable managing teams, and resolving issues
- Dependable, organized, and ready for entry-level supervision
- Ages 18+ welcome — no management experience required, just bring the energy!
- Passion for tactical gaming or arcade environments a plus
Shift Requirements:
- Full-time: 32–40 hours/week, including weekends (ideal for career starters)
- Saturday shifts: 10:45am–7pm OR 3pm–11pm
- Sunday shifts: 11am–6:30pm
- Flexible scheduling to balance your life
