Don Hinds ford is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Parts and Service Cashier to join our growing team in Fishers, Indiana. If you Enjoy providing great customer service and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, we'd love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers at the cashier window in a pleasant and professional manner
• Accurately compute customer bills and process payments (cash, check, and credit card)
• Issue receipts and make change as needed
• reconcile daily cash drawer and balance transactions
• close all open parts and service invoices in a timely manner
• maintain and scan repair orders and pars invoices for record-keeping
• refer customers with questions about repairs, maintenance, or service to the appropriate service advisor
• maintain a professional appearance and a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic math and computer skills
• attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
• ability work in a face-paced environment
• previous dealership or cashier experience a plus, but not required
