Breakout is a premier escape room experience. We are looking for team mates who pride themselves on providing excellent customer service.
What is a Game Master?
Game Masters guide players through our games and ensure a 5 star experience. They watch their groups from a control room and are required to maintain sharp focus for one hour during game play.

Game Masters thrive on ensuring that every group stays safe and has a great time.
Who is a good fit for the Game Master position?
An individual with a servant heart and a good attitude who can clearly communicate and stay focused for an extended period of time. The best Game Masters care deeply about their customers as well as their teammates.
Scheduling
The Game Master schedule is an on-call position. You clock in and are paid when games are booked during your shift. It’s really great for people with flexible schedules.
What are the specific tasks a Game Master does during a shift?
- Greet guests warmly
- Explain basic gameplay guidelines
- Observe players over a surveillance system
- Maintain a clean room
- Assist the lobby host with some cleaning
