You will work directly with customers, helping them choose the right solutions while ensuring every job is done safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and rewarding, perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with their hands, and taking pride in doing work that lasts.You Will Be Trusted To:
- Install, repair, and maintain garage doors and openers for residential customers
- Load, unload, and handle all materials and equipment for each job
- Provide friendly, professional service that keeps homeowners happy
- Recommend upgrades and solutions that improve safety, convenience, and style
- Work safely with heavy components and troubleshoot issues independently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure every job is completed efficiently and correctly
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in installation, repair, construction, or home services
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in physically active environments
- 1–2 years working with garage doors or garage door systems
- Experience leading installations or handling complex repairs
- Comfort using tools, power equipment, and troubleshooting systems
- Proven customer service experience is a plus
