You will work directly with customers, helping them choose the right solutions while ensuring every job is done safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and rewarding, perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with their hands, and taking pride in doing work that lasts.You Will Be Trusted To:

Install, repair, and maintain garage doors and openers for residential customers
Load, unload, and handle all materials and equipment for each job
Provide friendly, professional service that keeps homeowners happy
Recommend upgrades and solutions that improve safety, convenience, and style
Work safely with heavy components and troubleshoot issues independently
Collaborate with team members to ensure every job is completed efficiently and correctly

You Qualify With:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in installation, repair, construction, or home services
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license with a clean record
Basic reading, writing, and math skills
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in physically active environments

Additional Success

1–2 years working with garage doors or garage door systems
Experience leading installations or handling complex repairs
Comfort using tools, power equipment, and troubleshooting systems
Proven customer service experience is a plus
