- Assist in various construction tasks including demolition and finishing work.
- Load and unload equipment, materials and tools to ensure job sites are well-equipped.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Support skilled tradespeople in completing projects efficiently.
- Participate in site clean-up and organization at the end of each workday.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Adhere to project timelines and help meet deadlines.
- Learn and apply new skills related to construction and restoration work.
- Learn new skills in the property damage restoration industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in interior finishing (Drywall, Paint, trim, flooring) preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced team members.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments.
- Successful completion of a background check.
