Job Description

Required Skills:

5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, development, or a related field.
Ability to coordinate and oversee project tasks distributed across multiple teams.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Balsamiq, Adobe XD, or InVision.
Understanding of user-centered design principles and human-computer interaction
Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Familiarity with design systems and style guides and knowledge of accessibility guidelines and best practices (i.e. Section 508 Compliance).

Preferred Skills:

GEOINT community background with experience in multiple geospatial tools with 2D, and 3D user interfaces
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively in agile development environments.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience in front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Knowledge of machine learning and AI-powered design tools
Experience with design systems and style guides (e.g., Material Design, Bootstrap).
Certified UX Designer or UI Engineer certification from organizations like Nielsen Norman Group or Adobe.
Certification in accessibility guidelines and best practices (e.g., WCAG 2.1)

Qualifications:

Active Top-Secret SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or related field.
