Marine Corps Intelligence Activity (MCIA) – Marine Corps’ service-level intelligence center, and Geospatial Support Services (GSS) is its technical heart for geospatial data—where production meets platform. As a GIS Project Manager supporting MCIA’s Geospatial Support Services (GSS), you’ll step directly into a high-trust, high-impact environment where your leadership influences how the Marine Corps sees, understands, and operates across battlespace. You’ll lead enterprise development and sustainment efforts, manage complex technical projects across multiple classified domains, and ensure that MCIA’s systems remain mission ready. You’ll align strategy and execution—making sure every project directly supports MCIA’s role within the Marine Corps Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Enterprise (MCISRE). You’ll help position systems to scale mission demands evolve, keeping enterprise one step ahead of tomorrow’s requirements. - Current active Top Secret / SCI clearance
- You have achieved the accomplishment of a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography GIS, or related field.
- You have 15+ years leading GIS projects, with strong team oversight and delivery ownership to manage complex, high-stakes geospatial initiatives that directly support MCIA’s global intelligence mission.
