Hobby Lobby Corporate is hiring a Graphic Design Creative Coordinator! We're looking for a dynamic individual with leadership experience, a passion to serve, and humility. In this position you will manage art and creative projects from start to finish while providing meaningful feedback and mentorship along the way. - Highly skilled in customer/Client communication, collaboration, and negotiation.
- Able to provide exceptional insight for effective design and print/web production.
What you will do:
- Work independently and collaboratively with Leadership, Clients, peers and cross-functional Teams on strategy, inspiration, and development of successful projects and processes.
- Provide motivation, mentorship, and expertise, researching new methods as needed.
- Monitor and ensure integrity of all projects in regards to viability, originality, quality, and adherence to project requirements and Department/Corporate Brand Standards.
- Negotiate and establish realistic expectations for resources, goals, and project timelines.
- Provide art direction and feedback to team members effectively and positively.
