- Maintain and improve landscaping throughout all assigned communities.
- Perform daily upkeep of interior/exterior common areas, including trash pickup, sweeping, and seasonal cleaning.
- Remove weeds, prune bushes, and support snow removal (starting at 6 AM on weekdays as needed).
- Distribute resident communications when requested.
- Assist with light maintenance, with the opportunity to train into a Maintenance Technician role.
- Live within 10 miles of Sheridan South Apartments (2173 S Eaton St. Denver, CO).
- Have a valid driver’s license, an insured vehicle, and reliable transportation.
- Are detail-oriented, proactive, and take personal responsibility for your work.
- Communicate respectfully, contribute positively to a collaborative team, and treat others with empathy.
- Appreciate structure, high expectations, and take pride in maintaining beautiful, well-run properties.
