Job Description

THE POSITION

We're looking for high-quality fitness trainers to deliver team-based, high-intensity training and nail the execution at our studio. F45 Trainers play a fundamental role in the team and company culture. It is the trainer’s responsibility to lead our classes and work closely with each individual member providing the ultimate F45 experience! The ideal candidate has a passion for health and fitness and has mastered the skills of exercise, motivation, multi-tasking, and brings positive energy. RESPONSIBILITIES

Coaching and motivating members of the studio while leading them through predetermined workouts
Ensure members are performing exercises safely, always using the correct form, and offering modifications as needed.
Ensure a high level of studio cleanliness and operation.
Help foster a positive community-based team-training environment.
Help the team ensure the business operates at the highest level.
Conduct in person, goal-oriented consultations with all trial members
Promote and sell only F45 services in studio, assist in membership growth and retention
Demonstrate and complete every exercise in the workouts with perfect form
Attend all training meetings.
Attend the monthly F45 Athletics webinars and training videos.
Set up, break down, clean and store away equipment around studio floor before and/ or after classes

QUALIFICATIONS

Group training experience (preferable)
1-year minimum experience as a personal fitness trainer (Preferred)
Character, care, and communication skills
Energetic and attentive
Must understand functional movement, HIIT, and heart rate focused training programs and the science that supports the F45 workouts
Excellent communication and customer service skills. Must be clear, comfortable with public speaking
Demonstrate knowledge and usage of social media such as Instagram and Facebook (desired)
Required to be on their feet and constantly moving while leading and instructing members for the entirety of the workout
Nationally accredited current fitness certification - certifications: NSA, ACE, ACSM, PTA Global, NASM, AFAA
Must hold and maintain a current CPR/First Aid/AED certification

Compensación: $23.00 - $38.00 per hour
