Job Description

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION

Responsible for the evaluation of business processes, recommendation for improvements, and effective implementation of solutions. Additional tasks include project management, creation and management of business requirements, reporting and data analysis initiatives, and support for integration and automation efforts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Elicit stakeholder requirements.

  2. Maintains and ensures proper testing of system changes. This duty is performed daily.

  3. Communicates detailed specifications for implementation. This duty is performed daily.

  4. Researches and provides insight into system issues and provide detailed recommendations to management. This duty is performed as needed.

  5. Provides recommendations to staff concerning proper use of existing technology. This duty is performed as needed.

  6. Maintains understanding of industry technology standards and trends;. This duty is performed daily.

  7. Works with internal and external stakeholders to support integration and automation initiatives. This duty is performed as needed.

  8. Leads project planning sessions. This duty is performed as needed.

  9. Coordinates and manages project resources. This duty is performed daily.

  10. Manages project progress and adapt work and budget as necessary. This duty is performed as needed.

  11. Leads stakeholder sessions and ensure project output aligns with requirements. This duty is performed as needed.

  12. Provides project reports to management on a timely basis. This duty is performed as needed.

  13. Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation. This duty is performed as needed.

  14. Works with cross-functional teams to define data sources and measurement methods. This duty is performed as needed.

  15. Develops governance and processes for establishing business data needs and definitions. This duty is performed as needed.

  16. Ensures the accuracy of data to be measured. This duty is performed daily.

  17. Creates and manage KPI-driven reports and dashboards. This duty is performed daily.

  18. Establishes and maintains data dictionaries. This duty is performed daily.

  19. Provides Business Development and Operations with actionable insights into data. This duty is performed as needed.

  20. Completes required BSA/AML training and other compliance training as assigned. This duty is performed quarterly.

  21. The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner. This duty is performed daily.

  22. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Knowledge of a specialized field (however acquired), such as basic accounting, computer, etc. Equivalent of four years in high school, plus night, trade extension, or correspondence school specialized training, equal to two years of college, plus 3 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions in person-to-person and small group situations with customers, clients, general public and other employees of the organization. ability to read, analyze, and understand general business/company related articles and professional journals; ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees. ability to write reports, business correspondence, and policy/procedure manuals; ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane, algebra, solid geometry and trigonometry.

CRITICAL THINKING SKILLS

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of known variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram formats.
