As a Guest Services Representative for High Hotels LTD., you are required to positively represent the hotel to the guest by responding courteously and efficiently to guest needs, acting as a source of information about the hotel and local area, and assisting guests during arrivals and departure. You will also be responsible for operating the switchboard and handling departmental accounting and financial transactions as they relate to this position.

This position will be located at the TownePlace Suites located in Mechanicsburg, PA

We are seeking a Full-Time Guest Services Representative with availability to work both shifts 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM AND 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM on various days, including weekends and holidays.

Weekends include a $2/hr. shift premium!

Starting Rate: $15.40/hr. *Potential to increase based upon experience

Areas of responsibility for our Guest Services Representatives include:

  • Responding to guest requests and inquiries.
  • Taking, modifying, and canceling guest reservations.
  • Communicating hotel facilities and services to all guests.
  • Providing information on the local area and points of interest.
  • Assisting guests with arrivals and departures.
  • Answering front desk phone.
  • Cash handling.

Our next team-member will ideally possess the following educational and work qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or general equivalent (GED) preferred.
  • The ability to work in both a team environment and independently.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Strong math, reading, and communication skills.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays is required.
