Innovative Diabetic Center (IDC) and Innovative Wound Solutions (IWS). W2 | Base + Commission | Field Based | Greater Phoenix Area. Overview: Innovative Diabetic Center (IDC) and Innovative Wound Solutions (IWS) are seeking an experienced Healthcare Business Development Representative to support growth across our diabetes and advanced wound care service lines in Arizona, with a primary focus on Central Phoenix and the Westside. Candidates based anywhere in the Greater Phoenix area are encouraged to apply. This role is designed for a seasoned healthcare sales professional who already has an established book of business, understands referral driven healthcare, and is comfortable operating independently. Key Responsibilities: Drive referral growth for diabetes care and advanced wound services. Leverage existing relationships to expand referral pipelines. Build and maintain strong relationships with. Home health agencies. Hospitals and hospital affiliated groups. Specialty physicians and physician practices. Educate referral partners on services, clinical value, and patient fit. Identify new partnership opportunities across healthcare settings. Collaborate with internal clinical, intake, and operations teams to ensure excellent follow through. Track outreach activity and referrals using provided systems. Represent IDC and IWS professionally in the field, at meetings, and at community events. Ideal Candidate Profile: Proven experience in healthcare sales or business development. Existing book of business within home health, hospital systems, or specialty physician networks. Strong understanding of referral based healthcare sales. Comfortable working independently without close day to day management. Relationship driven with a professional, credible presence. Organized, accountable, and results focused. Experience with assisted living or senior care environments is a plus but not required. Requirements: Healthcare sales experience with established referral relationships. Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle. Ability to work in the field within assigned territory. Comfortable using CRM and basic reporting tools. W2 employee eligibility. Compensation and Support: Competitive base salary plus commission structure. Car allowance provided. Company laptop provided.
