Pay range (depending on experience): Starting at $70k annual salary
Schedule/Shift: Full-time, Exempt position, M-F
Location: 100% On-Site in San Diego, CA
Position Description:
The Executive Assistant (EA) will be responsible for supporting our executive leadership team members. This individual will be responsible overseeing scheduling, calendars, coordination of key meetings, and preparation for planning sessions.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel for executives.
- Prioritize daily tasks and manage the executive's calendar efficiently.
- Prepare meeting agendas and ensure that executives are prepared with the necessary documents and information.
- Make travel arrangements (flights, hotels, car services).
- Create detailed itineraries for business trips.
- Ensure all travel logistics are smooth, including coordinating any last-minute changes.
- Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records.
- Oversee office supplies and inventory, and order as needed.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professionalism at all times.
- Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen and forward calls, provide information, take messages and schedule appointments.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Executive Assistant experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Associate's degree preferred.
- Graduation from a one-or two-year business college preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Minimal travel as needed (10%).
