Responsibilities
Proposal Manager
The Proposal Manager for our Healthcare Division is responsible for managing all phases of the division’s proposal process, overseeing all proposal activities to develop RFP-compliant, competitive proposals and presentations. This role serves as a proposal coordinator, organizing and managing content from subject matter experts to produce cohesive, RFP-compliant proposals and presentations. The position also supports sales leaders by creating and maintaining collateral—including but not limited to one-pagers, presentations, and customer-facing costings—to drive new business and retain existing customers. The role requires a professional who excels under pressure, managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality, attention to detail, and alignment with organizational strategy.
Experience and Requirements:
Experience leading cross-functional teams to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality, competitive collateral.
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to organize, assemble, and manage content effectively.
Skilled at translating complex or technical concepts into clear, client-ready narratives.
Ability to coordinate SMEs, marketing, and design teams to produce cohesive, compliant, and visually compelling proposals and presentations.
Experience developing and managing proposal schedules, content outlines, management reviews, and deadlines.
Strong organizational, leadership, and project management skills.
Exceptional ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under pressure.
Excellent written communication, grammar, composition, proofreading, and editing skills.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and other workplace software.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team.
Experience creating or coordinating sales collateral, such as one-pagers, presentations, and customer-facing costings, to support new business development and client retention.
Not Required But a Big Plus
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
Experience working in a healthcare environment
Proficiency in languages other than English, especially Spanish
