Role Overview:We’re looking for a Healthcare Strategy Analyst who is excited to grow with us. This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced, mission-driven team and make a meaningful impact on the future of healthcare. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in healthcare operations, consulting, or startups, and thrives in a dynamic environment where curiosity, adaptability, and problem-solving are key.
You will play a critical role in managing and scaling population health programs, supporting value-based care performance, coordinating with external stakeholders, and assisting with reporting and data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the design, implementation, and scaling of population health programs.
Manage day-to-day operations related to value-based care (VBC) contract performance.
Interface with primary care practices, payers, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and program success.
Assist in data collection, reporting, and analysis to measure outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Contribute to building and optimizing workflows, processes, and playbooks as the organization scales.
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement in operations and program performance.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of professional experience in healthcare operations, management consulting, or early-stage startup roles
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience with Excel, Looker, or similar tools
Analytical mindset and comfort working with data to inform decisions.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for healthcare innovation and improving population health outcomes.
