We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team for a PERMANENT role. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in grading and operating dozers and excavators. A background working around utilities is a plus!
Responsibilities:
Operate heavy equipment including dozers and excavators
Perform fine and rough grading
Work safely around underground utilities
Follow job site safety procedures and company policies
Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
Work efficiently as part of a crew
Requirements:
Proven experience operating dozers and excavators
Strong grading experience required
Utilities experience is a plus
Ability to pass a drug test (required)
Reliable transportation
Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
Preferred Qualifications:
Utility installation or excavation background
Knowledge of grade stakes, plans, and site layouts
