Heavy Equipment Tech/Mechanic
Medina, OH | Vermeer All Roads
Are you a skilled mechanic searching to join a fantastic team? Look no further than Vermeer All Roads in Medina, OH. We are hiring a detail-oriented, focused and dependable Mechanic/Technician to join bring your amazing skills and make an immediate impact to the shop. Use your skills to repair Vermeer machinery and components in a full-time, benefits-eligible role with a competitive hourly rate and production bonuses.
Compensation & Schedule
$25/hour - $35/hour (based on experience)
Production bonuses available
Full-time, flexible schedule - no nights or weekends
Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 for qualified candidates

Responsibilities
Service, repair, and recondition Vermeer equipment as directed by the Service Manager
Diagnose equipment malfunctions; hydraulics, electrical, and hydrostatic experience required
Recommend appropriate repairs and create accurate cost estimates
Perform welding/fabrication as needed
Apply current industry/technical advancements in daily work
Maintain accurate, detailed repair records
Communicate with the factory for technical assistance
Perform other duties as assigned
