Job Description
The Health Information Services Clerk is responsible for the preparation, scanning and indexing medical records. Perform quality checks on the documents to ensure the integrity of medical records through assembly, analysis, and abstracting processes.
Eligible for medical coverage on your first day of employment, all other benefits will be effective the 1st of the month following hire date!
Requirements:
40 hours per week - First Shift
Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Experience in Health Information Services Department preferred.
